1. Order Processing

All orders are processed as quickly as possible.

  • 1–5 working days depending on demand
  • During busy periods, this may be slightly longer
  • Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.


2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We use trusted courier services to deliver your order.

UK Delivery:

  • Tracked 48: 2–4 working days
  • Tracked 24: 1–2 working days

International Delivery:

  • Europe: 3–7 working days
  • Rest of world: 5–10 working days

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.


3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected service.

We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time.


4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Please allow time for tracking updates to appear.


5. Delays

While we aim to deliver all orders within the estimated time frames, delays can occasionally occur due to:

  • Courier issues
  • Weather conditions
  • High seasonal demand

We are not responsible for delays once the order has been handed to the courier.


6. Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply.


7. Lost or Missing Orders

If your order has not arrived within a reasonable time frame:

  • Please check your tracking information first
  • Contact us if you need assistance

If an item is marked as delivered but cannot be found, we recommend checking with neighbors or your local delivery office.


8. Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.

We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


9. International Orders (Important)

For international deliveries:

  • You may be responsible for customs fees, import duties, or taxes
  • These charges are not included in our prices or shipping costs
