4. Custom Orders

Where custom designs or personalised items are ordered:

  • You are responsible for ensuring artwork is correct before purchase
  • We print designs as supplied and are not responsible for errors in submitted artwork
  • Colours may vary slightly between screen and print due to different display settings and printing processes

Custom items may not be eligible for return or refund unless faulty.

5. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in GBP (£) unless stated otherwise.

We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase.

6. Shipping & Delivery

We aim to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible, however:

  • Delivery times are estimates only
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or external factors
  • Risk of loss passes to you once the item is marked as delivered

Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout.

7. Returns & Refunds

We accept returns on non-custom items in line with UK consumer law.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in original condition
  • Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery

Custom or personalised items are non-refundable unless faulty.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us and we will resolve the issue.
